Cancellation Policy

For Adventurers

  • Traveler can cancel booking 2 days prior to provision of service for a full refund.
  • Number of days is calculated based on a timezone at the location of the service provided.
  • Example: Experience scheduled at 7am on Sunday, it can be canceled before 7am on Friday.
  • If traveler cancels less than 48 hours prior to start of service, the booking is nonrefundable.
  • We highly recommend contacting your host before cancellation of service.
  • In case of changes in date or time, your host may offer an alternative time slot, or decline.
  • We understand that plans can change sometimes!
  • Traveler can cancel booking 7 days prior to provision of service for a full refund.

  • Example: Experience scheduled at 7am on Sunday can be canceled before 7am previous Sunday.
  • If traveler cancels less than 7 full days prior to start of service, the booking is nonrefundable.

  • We understand that plans can change sometimes!
  • Traveler can cancel booking 14 days prior to provision of service for a full refund.
  • Number of days is calculated based on a timezone at the location of the service provided.
  • Example: Experience scheduled at 7am on Sunday can be canceled before 7am on the Sunday two weeks prior to the experience.
  • If traveler cancels less than 14 full days prior to start of service, the booking is nonrefundable.
  • We highly recommend contacting your host before cancellation of service.
  • In case of changes in date or time, your host may offer an alternative time slot, or decline.
  • We understand that plans can change sometimes!

This Cancellation Policy is for Hosts which require custom cancellation policies. Please find the details for the cancellation policy in the activity description of the adventure you are interested in.

For Hosts

If you are a host and you wish to cancel a booking, then please follows the steps below:

  1. In the first instance please message the customer to make them aware of your intention of cancelling their booking.
  2. Access the Dashboard and navigate to ‘
  3. Next to the booking select cancel booking.
  4. Please email cancellations@wildaway.ie to let us know that you have cancelled a booking so we can begin processing a refund for your customer. Please provide your booking number and a reason for cancellation.
  5. Let your customer know you have cancelled their booking.

Please be aware that you will not receive a commission on bookings that you have chosen to cancel.

Hosts that habitually cancel bookings without giving a sufficient reason (i.e. poor weather conditions that would affect the activity, illness, etc.) may have their listings removed from the website without notice.

Leader Tip: If you need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions, please try to encourage your customers to swap dates in the first instance where possible to avoid cancelling the booking!

General Cancellation Advice

If you still need to cancel your booking, you can do so directly from your account’s dashboard. The booking will be only officially canceled after you click the corresponding cancellation button under experience.
